Team Sandy: A Million-Dollar Milestone and the Fight for a Cure
For years, Team Sandy has stood as a beacon of hope in our South Jersey community. Today, we are proud to share a historic achievement: RK Chevrolet’s Team Sandy has officially raised over $1,072,488 for the American Cancer Society.
This incredible milestone has earned our team the prestigious legacy status. This designation does not just live on a plaque—it helped directly fund The Hero of Research Sandy Gee Memorial Research Grant, keeping Sandy’s legacy alive by powering breakthroughs in laboratories and providing critical support for patients and families on Delsea Drive and across the nation.
Our 2026 Fundraising Focus: Three Events, One Goal
To maximize our impact this year, we are streamlining our efforts. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the Mount Carmel festival, the Team Sandy Car Show, and our Hold’em Poker games in the past. These events were the foundation of our first million dollars. In 2026, we are channeling all of our community energy into three major events.

Dancing with the Gloucester County Stars
